SAP Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the complete delivery of SAP projects utilizing SAP Activate, encompassing planning, design, construction, testing, deployment, and transition to operational status.

• Manage the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules.

• Supervise S/4HANA, SAP ECC, integrations, and cross-module initiatives.

• Facilitate project governance, reporting, RAID management, steering committees, and stakeholder communication.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary delivery teams regarding scope, resources, and quality assurance.

• Oversee project financials, schedules, dependencies, and vendor relationships.

• Assist in design workshops, requirement validation, and Fit-to-Standard methodologies.

• Lead cutover planning, readiness assessments, and the transition of post-go-live support.

• Contribute to the excellence of delivery across SAP and RISE-based transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mid-to-senior level experience as an SAP Project Manager.

• Proven track record in delivering medium to large-scale SAP programs.

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or other SAP modules is essential.

• Experience with RISE with SAP is highly regarded.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and SAP project governance frameworks.

• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional SAP implementation teams and complex delivery scenarios.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation.

• Capability to work across various SAP workstreams beyond SuccessFactors when necessary.

• Only full-time permanent candidates will be considered; contractors are not sought.
