SAP Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison for NS2 Cloud Customers in Federal Accounts, including DoD and Fed-CIV agencies, with a focus on S/4HANA RISE Private Cloud Edition.

• Oversee strategic and operational delivery from the moment of contract signing through onboarding, service delivery, release and maintenance planning, governance, architecture oversight, and renewal strategies.

• Function as a senior-level customer engagement lead and trusted advisor.

• Conduct executive and quarterly business reviews with customer leadership.

• Provide and analyze balanced scorecards and performance KPIs.

• Convert Federal mission objectives into SAP NS2 cloud strategies and roadmaps.

• Direct complex onboarding and transition projects within regulated DoD and Fed-CIV environments.

• Act as the sole point of contact for NS2 Cloud Services support needs.

• Manage multi-domain service delivery in accordance with scope, budget, and timelines.

• Supervise incident management and escalations with MCC and OCC teams.

• Create and implement quality and compliance plans.

• Lead customer release and maintenance planning, manage IT calendars, and control versioning.

• Foster executive relationships across procurement, program management, and security compliance stakeholders.

• Identify upsell and service expansion opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Solution teams.

• Assist with renewals, contract extensions, and commercial change requests.

• Propel Cloud Application Services operating profit reviews and SLA management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technical Engineering, or a related area.

• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing program or delivery management.

• Experience preferred within Federal, DoD, or Fed-CIV environments.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Profound understanding of DoD Cloud security models, FedRAMP compliance, and NIST frameworks.

• Capability to lead delivery for multiple customers while ensuring compliance and service quality.

• Exceptional executive communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in SAP service delivery, particularly S/4HANA, BTP, and SAC.

• Background in Cloud Application and Technical Delivery.

• Willingness to adapt to AI and automation technologies.

• Experience with SAP or SAP NS2 is preferred.

• ITIL Foundation or higher certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with SAP NS2 Cloud models, operational processes, and Federal compliance standards.

• Knowledge of DoD IL2–IL6 certification levels, FedRAMP, DISA STIGs, and related regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
