SAP Program Manager – SAP GROW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage several SAP GROW implementation projects within a transformation initiative.

• Establish governance frameworks for the program, set delivery standards, and create reporting structures.

• Define the program's objectives, success metrics, milestones, and desired business outcomes.

• Ensure coordination among project teams, business stakeholders, implementation partners, and executive leadership.

• Promote uniformity across all workstreams and implementation efforts.

• Develop and oversee integrated program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

• Align program execution with organizational goals, business priorities, and transformation aims.

• Ensure effective implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition strategies.

• Monitor program performance and proactively tackle challenges that affect delivery.

• Assist in portfolio planning and prioritize transformation initiatives.

• Serve as the main point of contact for executive sponsors and steering committees.

• Provide consistent program updates, status reports, risk assessments, and executive briefings.

• Facilitate decision-making processes and manage cross-project dependencies.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with client leadership, SAP partners, and implementation teams.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and foster alignment between business and IT organizations.

• Oversee program budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and utilization.

• Track financial performance and ensure projects stay within approved budgets.

• Coordinate staffing plans and resource needs across various projects.

• Assist with contract management, change requests, and program-level commercial discussions.

• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations at the program level.

• Implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure successful program outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with SAP Activate methodology and SAP best practices.

• Establish quality assurance processes and delivery governance standards.

• Advocate for Clean Core principles and Fit-to-Standard adoption across all projects.

• Drive organizational readiness, change management, and initiatives for business adoption.

• Ensure that transformation goals and anticipated business benefits are realized.

• Track and report on value realization metrics and indicators of program success.

• Support continuous improvement efforts and activities for lessons learned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in SAP program or project management.

• More than 5 years leading large-scale ERP transformation programs.

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple SAP implementation projects concurrently.
