SAP Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Ensure the effective execution of SAP S/4HANA migration projects, delivering them on schedule, within budget, and upholding high-quality standards.

• Create detailed project plans, monitor key milestones, and implement necessary adjustments to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Continuously assess project plans, align them with baseline plans, and provide clear, concise updates through weekly and monthly status reports as well as project steering committee meetings.

• Manage changes to baseline plans and address change requests, obtaining the required approvals.

• Efficiently mobilize and oversee project resources (personnel, equipment, and materials), assign project tasks, monitor progress, conduct reviews, and foster team cohesion.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP, with at least 5 years in the capacity of an SAP Project Manager.

• A proven history of at least 2 years successfully executing projects centered on SAP S/4HANA migration from on-premises to cloud.

• Practical experience with SAP Activate methodology is preferred.

• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA implementation modules such as HCM, PP, PS, FI, CO, SD, IM, etc.

• Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role, emphasizing the understanding and fulfillment of customer expectations.

• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level is required.

• SAP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
