SAP Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to establish and prioritize product requirements.

• Collect, analyze, and document business needs from stakeholders.

• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.

• Ensure clarity of requirements and provide support to engineering teams during execution.

• Manage communication with stakeholders and set expectations across both business and technical teams.

• Conduct product demonstrations, stakeholder reviews, and feedback sessions.

• Coordinate with teams based in the US and oversee cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead discussions on the product roadmap and prioritize business needs.

• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables using Jira.

• Assist in ongoing project delivery and resource transition activities.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and guarantee alignment between product vision and execution.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and product enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in Product Management or as a Product Owner.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Practical experience with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Essential exposure to SAP environments and business processes.

• Experience with Procure-to-Revenue, Record-to-Revenue, or Order-to-Cash processes.

• Familiarity with SAP Finance modules (FICO preferred).

• Candidates with experience in other SAP modules and a willingness to learn FICO are also encouraged to apply.

• Understanding of financial concepts such as General Ledger (GL), Sub-Ledger, and Group Reporting.

• Experience working with global teams and senior business stakeholders.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
