📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to gather all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration stages, and system implementation.

• Validate and configure the client's payroll solution and its integrations, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

• Provide assistance and support in data mapping and migration, preparation of year-to-date (YTD) information, and accuracy checks.

• Manage all phases of system testing (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and resolve configuration or integration issues alongside local and global teams.

• Oversee go-live activities, ensuring that the payroll system is ready for operational use.

• Track project progress and documentation, collaborating with project managers and the team to ensure timely delivery of established milestones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology (IT), Business Administration, Human Resources, a technical field, or equivalent experience.

• Proven involvement in more than 5 successful SAP HCM implementations.

• In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations in Mexico.

• Strong track record of successfully implementing high-quality Human Resources systems.

• Proficiency in English (preferred).

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach based on collaboration.

• Strong customer focus, accountability for results, and commitment to team and project success.

• Discretion in handling confidential information.

• Current and future work authorization in the country where you are applying, without the need for visa sponsorship by Strada.
