
SAP Payroll Implementation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Head of the LATAM region
• Assist in developing a high-performing team
• Serve as the representative for the function with senior internal and external stakeholders
• Take ownership of business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI performance
• Promote operational excellence and ongoing process improvement
• Maintain alignment with sales to execute capacity planning
• Lead initiatives, transformation programs, and manage change
• Function as the escalation point for complex or high-impact decisions
• Partner with clients to gather all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps, and system setup
• Validate and configure customer payroll solutions and integrations in accordance with legal regulations
• Provide assistance and support with data mapping, migration, year-to-date preparation, and accuracy checks
• Oversee all phases of system testing (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and resolve system configuration/integration issues with local and global teams.
• Manage go-live activities to ensure payroll system readiness
• Monitor project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones
• 8–10+ years of relevant professional experience in management positions.
• Strong understanding of local payroll and time regulations in Argentina, along with proven expertise in payroll system configuration and integrations
• Hands-on approach with a readiness to explore and implement innovative solutions
• Proficient in both English and Spanish.
• Exceptional communication skills paired with a client-focused, collaborative mindset
• Previous experience on international payroll projects is advantageous
• Capability to work remotely, manage tasks effectively, and communicate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, global teams, and project teams
• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred
