SAP Payroll Consultant, SuccessFactors

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Convert payroll business requirements into functional designs for SAP Payroll and/or Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

• Assist in the complete SAP Payroll implementation process, covering design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live support.

• Help configure payroll rules, wage types, schemas, and calculations in compliance with Australian payroll legislation.

• Engage in client workshops to analyze existing payroll processes and create future-state SAP solutions.

• Facilitate payroll testing activities, including unit, integration, parallel, and user acceptance testing.

• Support data validation, reconciliation, and payroll compliance efforts.

• Collaborate closely with senior consultants to enhance SAP functional and consulting capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in Australian Payroll within either an in-house or outsourced setting.

• In-depth knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, including STP Phase 2, Superannuation, and Fair Work.

• Familiarity as an end user of payroll systems (experience with SAP Payroll and/or SuccessFactors is highly valued but not essential).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen interest in the design and configuration of payroll systems.

• Excellent communication skills and capability to engage effectively with stakeholders and project teams.

• A clear aspiration to transition from payroll operations into SAP functional consulting.
