This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Manage the Payroll process from start to finish independently, ensuring delivery aligns with the agreed processing calendar(s) and meets specified KPIs.
• Execute Data Management or Customer Service functions independently according to the established calendar and KPIs.
• Assist with Statutory and Year End Reporting in accordance with designated calendar(s) and KPIs.
• Utilize Payroll expertise to address client queries/issues and maintain a thorough understanding of country-specific legislation and responsibilities.
• Provide support and facilitate knowledge transfer to Apprentices and/or Associates in Data Management or Customer Service tasks.
• Ensure timely responses to Tickets and Calls within SLA timelines, maintaining a high standard of service.
• Aid in System Maintenance Testing.
• Engage and transact with Third Parties effectively.
• Complete SOC Controls punctually, providing the necessary evidence.
• Participate in root cause analysis to verify accuracy and propose feasible preventative measures to reduce recurrence.
• Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions, ensuring the audience comprehends and can apply the information effectively.
• Maintain DWIs to keep processes current and reflective of the service offered.
• Accurately report all system issues/defects, logging tickets with the required details and evidence for Application Services and/or Products to investigate.
• Alert the Service Manager to any deviations from the standard scope of service.
• Recognize and handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Complete Time Recording accurately and punctually.
• Adhere to and follow STRADA Security Standards.
• Contribute to team meetings and promptly raise any issues with your Service Manager.
• Stay informed about all Strada announcements and communications.
• Foster positive relationships with all lines of business where appropriate.
• Provide timely and accurate updates to internal stakeholders as necessary.
• Participate in assigned projects and activities as needed.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing the complete Portuguese payroll cycle.
• Strong understanding of Portuguese payroll regulations and processes.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems: SAP HR.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office tools, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
