SAP HCM, Payroll Support Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Provide expert guidance and assistance throughout the implementation phase.

• Tailor SAP Payroll solutions to meet customer needs while adhering to Strada standards.

• Efficiently manage priorities to achieve set deadlines.

• Ensure clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and work collaboratively with project managers and the project team.

• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR framework.

• Assist with go-live activities to ensure the payroll system is fully prepared.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with the SAP HCM application.

• 2-3 successful HCM support and implementation projects.

• Extensive knowledge of payroll configurations for European countries, specifically Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands.

• Strong client orientation, accountability for outcomes, and a solid commitment to team and project success.

• Proficient in English; proficiency in German is a significant advantage. Excellent communication skills and a client-centered, collaborative approach are essential.
