SAP OTC Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the architecture, design, and execution of SAP OTC (SD) solutions.

• Create comprehensive Order-to-Cash processes that encompass sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and returns.

• Guarantee smooth integration with SAP FI, MM, and other enterprise systems.

• Promote process standardization, automation, and enhancement of sales workflows.

• Convert business needs into scalable SAP SD solution designs.

• Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and rollout initiatives.

• Offer expertise in revenue processes, billing workflows, and customer order management.

• Work collaboratively with technical teams for custom development and enhancements.

• Ensure high-quality delivery through testing, validation, and deployment assistance.

• Serve as a client-facing advisor for improvements in OTC processes and best practices.

• Assist in presales activities, including solution design and client presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP SD, with a strong emphasis on Order-to-Cash processes.

• Demonstrated experience in at least three end-to-end SAP implementation or rollout projects.

• Deep expertise in SD modules, including sales order processing, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, and returns.

• Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA transformations and OTC architecture.

• Strong integration knowledge with SAP FI and MM modules.

• Experience in designing comprehensive OTC solution architectures.

• Strong grasp of revenue processes, customer billing, and compliance requirements.

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications in SD/OTC processes is advantageous.

• Excellent client-facing consulting and stakeholder management abilities.

• Aptitude for translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience in global, cross-functional delivery environments.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or a related field.

• SAP SD / S/4HANA certification is highly preferred.
