SAP Lead Consultant – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Providing guidance on target architectures, including on-premises, private cloud, and public cloud solutions.

• Implementing SAP Activate methodology.

• Crafting data-driven processes along with master data management (MDM) frameworks.

• Assisting with data migration and governance initiatives, utilizing SAP Master Data Governance and SAP Data Services.

• Executing contemporary user experience concepts through SAP Fiori.

• Enhancing services and transformation packages.

• Aiding in sales efforts by developing proposal strategies and facilitating customer workshops.

• Architecting comprehensive supply chain transformations from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

• Merging end-to-end process knowledge, cloud architecture, and data-driven innovation—from roadmap development to go-live phase.

• Advancing the digital supply chain portfolio and supporting the consulting boutique’s positioning in the market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in SAP transformations with a focus on supply chain.

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end processes (MM, SD, and/or PP).

• Familiarity with S/4HANA in both on-premises and cloud environments.

• Proficiency in data migration, MDM, and data quality management.

• Background in pre-sales or sales-driven consulting roles.

• Industry-specific knowledge, particularly in manufacturing, automotive, or retail sectors.

• An entrepreneurial mindset complemented by a confident professional demeanor.

• Relevant SAP module certifications and ongoing education are preferred.

• Additional professional qualifications will be considered beneficial.
