Principal Consultant, SAP FI/CO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume functional responsibility for intricate SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA projects, overseeing everything from analysis and conceptual design to implementation.

• Offer strategic and functional guidance to clients on enhancing and digitalizing their Finance and Controlling processes.

• Create comprehensive SAP solution architectures and sustainable solution concepts.

• Independently oversee complex workstreams and take a leadership role at the intersection of business units, IT, and project management.

• Assist with S/4HANA transformations and migrations.

• Act as a reliable functional advisor to clients and cultivate enduring customer relationships.

• Support presales efforts, workshops, proposals, and the development of innovative consulting strategies and business opportunities.

• Provide functional mentoring to Consultants and Senior Consultants.

• Collaborate with both national and international teams, contributing best practices and emerging SAP technologies.

• Continuously enhance the SAP FI/CO portfolio and consulting services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully obtained a degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

• Several years of significant professional experience in SAP consulting, focusing on SAP FI and/or CO.

• Comprehensive understanding of finance and controlling business processes and their integration within SAP.

• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferably acquired through multiple implementation, transformation, or migration projects.

• Proven experience in providing functional leadership to project teams or workstreams and managing complex client needs.

• Capability to analyze intricate functional and technical relationships and develop sustainable solution concepts.

• Confident presence at both client and management levels, alongside strong consulting and communication abilities.

• Experience in presales, proposal preparation, or business development is advantageous.

• Passion for sharing knowledge and providing functional support to junior colleagues.

• Proficiency in German and strong command of English.

• Structured and independent working style with robust conceptual and analytical skills.
