SAP Lead Consultant – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Providing guidance on target architectures (including on-premises, private cloud, and public cloud)

• Utilizing SAP Activate methodology

• Crafting data-driven processes and Master Data Management (MDM) frameworks

• Assisting with data migration and governance, utilizing SAP Master Data Governance and SAP Data Services

• Implementing contemporary user experience concepts with SAP Fiori

• Enhancing services and transformation packages

• Aiding in sales initiatives through proposal strategies and customer workshops

• Designing comprehensive supply chain transformations from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA

• Expanding the Digital Supply Chain portfolio

• Contributing to the consulting boutique’s market positioning

• Assuming the functional lead role from roadmap development to go-live

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in SAP transformations, particularly in supply chain management

• Strong understanding of end-to-end processes (MM, SD, and/or PP)

• Familiarity with S/4HANA (both on-premises and/or cloud)

• Proficiency in data migration, MDM, and data quality management

• Background in pre-sales or sales-focused consulting

• Industry knowledge, particularly in manufacturing, automotive, or retail sectors

• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong presence

• Certifications and further training in relevant SAP modules are advantageous

• Additional professional qualifications are a plus
