SAP IS-U, SAP S/4HANA Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Analyze and comprehend customer and business requirements

• Deliver functional solutions that align with business needs

• Address defects and issues within established service level agreements (SLAs)

• Offer solutions for enhancements and functional advancements

• Create and uphold comprehensive functional documentation

• Collaborate with offshore teams and cross-functional groups

• Engage closely with business and technical stakeholders throughout the solution delivery process

• Assist in troubleshooting, resolving issues, testing, and implementing activities

• Effectively communicate with clients and project stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in SAP IS-U

• Practical experience in SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing with in-depth functional knowledge across the Meter-to-Cash lifecycle within the utility sector

• Significant experience with Electricity and Gas utilities

• Expert in configuring and customizing billing master data, billing schemas, rate modeling, complex billing, and both regulated and deregulated tariff models

• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end billing and invoicing processes, including Budget Billing, RTP Billing, TOU Billing, Mass Batch Jobs, Exception Management, Bill Simulation, Unbilled Revenue Scenarios, and Collective Billing

• Proficient knowledge of SAP IS-U Bill Print, Print Workbench configuration, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms

• Experience with integration involving Device Management and FICA

• Extensive experience in designing and developing complex solutions aligned with digital transformation initiatives

• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Utilities and Fiori

• Ability to analyze, debug, and troubleshoot OData and Web Services utilized in integrations

• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilities

• Capable of guiding business stakeholders on SAP best practices

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, as indicated by the application question

• U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, GC-EAD, or H4EAD status is required, as indicated by the application question
