This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the solution architecture and functional design for SAP IBP encompassing S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Response & Supply Planning, as well as integration with SAP S/4HANA.
• Facilitate business process workshops and architecture sessions to determine future-state planning processes and supply chain strategies.
• Convert intricate business requirements into scalable SAP IBP solutions that adhere to SAP best practices and the federal SAP S/4HANA architecture.
• Design and configure SAP IBP Planning Areas, Planning Levels, Key Figures, Attributes, Time Profiles, Planning Operators, Supply Heuristics, Statistical Forecasting Models, Alerts, and Planning Views.
• Architect processes for demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, forecasting, and S&OP.
• Create inventory optimization strategies that balance customer service, inventory investment, and supply chain performance.
• Lead the design of solutions for both constrained and unconstrained supply planning, response planning, scenario planning, and exception management.
• Design and supervise the integration of SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA using CPI-DS, RTI, and other enterprise integration technologies.
• Collaborate with teams across PP, MM, EWM, TM, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, and technical domains.
• Establish architectural standards, implementation strategies, configuration governance, and planning best practices.
• Generate solution architecture documentation, functional design documentation, and implementation roadmaps.
• Oversee solution reviews, architecture governance, and design approvals throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Assist with data migration, testing, cutover planning, deployment, and production support.
• Mentor functional consultants and project teams.
• Travel infrequently to client sites for on-site support.
• Engage in quality assurance activities and safeguard sensitive information in accordance with security policies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning, with significant expertise in SAP IBP solution design and implementation.
• Proven experience in implementing SAP IBP S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Response & Supply Planning.
• Strong grasp of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain processes, including PP, MM, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing.
• Experience in configuring SAP IBP Planning Areas, Planning Levels, Key Figures, Attributes, Time Profiles, Planning Operators, forecasting models, supply heuristics, and planning calculations.
• Familiarity with integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA using SAP-supported integration technologies.
• Proven experience in leading architecture workshops, gathering requirements, developing solution designs, and producing architecture and functional design documentation.
• Experience managing full lifecycle SAP IBP implementations in complex enterprise environments.
• Sound understanding of demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, S&OP, forecasting, master scheduling, and capacity planning.
• Leadership experience in guiding cross-functional implementation teams and mentoring functional consultants.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining an active Secret security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required for the Secret security clearance.
• Preferred: possession of an active Secret security clearance.
• Preferred: experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, federal ERP modernization, or DoD SAP environments.
• Preferred: integrations with SAP IBP Control Tower, Supply Chain Control Tower, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Preferred: experience with SAP Activate, Agile methodologies, and DevSecOps.
• Preferred: certifications in SAP IBP, SAP Supply Chain Planning, or SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain.
