This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and tailor Boomi processes for client system integrations with Laurel.
• Evaluate deployed Boomi processes alongside clients and ensure the integrity of integration data.
• Assist in the transition between billing systems and orchestrate zero-downtime migration activities.
• Provide immediate support during go-live phases, which may include evening or weekend availability.
• Oversee integration health and react to client-focused system alerts.
• Manage Boomi Atom monitoring, shutdowns, and flow exceptions.
• Resolve data flow issues across Laurel, SAP S/4HANA, ERP, PMS, APIs, and integration layers.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement preventive strategies.
• Enhance integration performance by refactoring suboptimal processes.
• Act as Level 2 technical escalation for synchronization challenges.
• Assist Principal Partner Engineers with complex troubleshooting tasks.
• Document issue trends and create knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with Engineering on code corrections and feature enhancements.
• Maintain internal support and troubleshooting tools.
• Communicate with client IT and technical contacts during escalations and outages.
• Coordinate resolutions with client technical teams and provide updates on incidents.
• Engage in weekly client check-in meetings.
• Take ownership of monitoring and alerting workflows, system migrations, and process enhancements.
• 3–5 years of technical experience in integration engineering, DevOps, technical support, or a related field.
• Proficient troubleshooting skills for tracking data flow across various systems.
• Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA, ERP integrations, data flows, system dependencies, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL queries, and database fundamentals.
• Experience with iPaaS tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of alerting systems, log analysis, and proactive monitoring.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage incident expectations effectively.
• Capability to respond calmly and systematically to urgent billing matters.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA technical integration, BTP, REST APIs, and ERP architecture.
• Proficiency in REST API testing and debugging using Postman, curl, or similar tools.
• Understanding of data synchronization patterns and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with ticket/case management systems such as Jira, Linear, ServiceNow, or equivalents.
• Preferred: Experience in legal tech, professional services software, HCM, or time-and-billing systems.
• Preferred: Knowledge of SSO, SAML, OAuth, Microsoft 365 integrations, enterprise SaaS, scripting/automation, and data validation/reconciliation.
