SAP HCM Consultant – TM, OM, PA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Configure and provide support for SAP HCM modules, including TM, OM, and PA.

• Evaluate business needs and deliver effective SAP HCM solutions.

• Oversee employee master data, organizational structures, and time management operations.

• Implement and support payroll-related integrations with PA and TM modules.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements.

• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues.

• Develop functional specifications and maintain support documentation.

• Work in conjunction with technical teams for custom developments and integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP HCM TM, OM, and PA.

• Solid understanding of Personnel Administration actions and organizational frameworks.

• Experience in Time Management configuration, including work schedules, absence/attendance management, and quota processing.

• Familiarity with SAP HCM integration with Payroll and SuccessFactors is a plus.

• Experience in support, implementation, or upgrade projects.

• Strong communication abilities and skills in stakeholder management.
