SAP HCM Consultant – m/w/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Ensure the smooth operation of SAP HCM solutions, including payroll for our clients

• Participate in project work within the HCM environment, including implementations, migrations, and version upgrades

• Provide support activities for our existing clients regarding their SAP HCM applications

• Analyze and revise processes in close collaboration with the relevant departments

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting

• Expertise in the modules PA, PY, and/or other HCM modules

• Strong consulting skills and willingness to engage

• Experience in project and sub-project management is advantageous

• Team-oriented with a self-reliant, structured working approach
