SAP GTS Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide support for the existing SAP GTS v11 and engage in the design, blueprint, construction, testing, and maintenance of future GTS E4H solutions.

• Assist GTS through the Scaled Agile Framework by being part of a dedicated Agile Release Train.

• Engage in detailed design sessions with business stakeholders for backlog refinement and requirement clarification.

• Work collaboratively with an integrated team of GTS and ECC technical and functional members to support the configuration and development of system capabilities.

• Aid in the development and execution of test scenarios and scripts, partnering with business owners and testers to ensure functionality and address defects.

• Facilitate the successful migration of solution changes by delivering hyper care and ongoing support.

• Collaborate with business and digital team members, as well as cross-functional teams, to comprehend business requirements.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that leverage GTS, optimizing GTS processes in accordance with the desired RTX model and industry best practices.

• Offer technical guidance and direction for enhancements relating to Compliance and Customs Management procedures.

• Develop and implement management changes linked to business process redesign.

• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to align expectations concerning system changes and the introduction of new and improved functionalities.

• Handle multiple priorities and ensure their successful completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience alongside a minimum of 2 years of relevant prior experience.

• Proven experience with SAP GTS Compliance and Customs Management functionalities.

• Familiarity with Jurisdiction and Classification applications.

• Experience utilizing Restricted Party Screening tools.

• Knowledge of Exports and Imports processes for both Self-filing and Broker-filing.

• Basic understanding of US Customs and Intrastat filing and reporting, as well as related capabilities.
