SAP Fiori Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and test SAP Fiori/UI5 applications in accordance with product and release timelines.

• Create front-end components utilizing JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and SAPUI5 framework tools.

• Leverage SAP WebIDE, SAP Business Application Studio, Eclipse IDE, Git, and automated testing tools to implement a Test Driven Development methodology.

• Integrate Fiori/UI5 applications with SAP ERP back-end systems through SAP Gateway and OData Services.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations during interchange meetings, project design reviews, and product evaluation sessions.

• Employ advanced technical skills in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and ERP integration.

• Assess user experience challenges and business process workflow issues, providing recommendations for improvements.

• Assist in budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning initiatives.

• Oversee and mentor junior development team members.

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

• Support the U.S. federal government and contribute to advancing governmental missions through technology and innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Fiori enablement, SAPUI5 development, and/or general web development.

• Proficient in JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and SAPUI5.

• Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 front-end and SAP ERP integration via SAP Gateway and OData Services.

• Familiarity with SAP WebIDE, SAP Business Application Studio, Eclipse IDE, Git, and automated testing tools.

• Experience with Test Driven Development methodology.

• Capable of performing component testing and debugging.

• Skilled in developing technical documentation.

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory; dual citizens are acceptable.

• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust government clearance.

• Eligible to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

• Preferred: experience in integrating Fiori applications with SAP BTP.

• Preferred: familiarity with SAP Build Work Zone.
