SAP FI/CO Lecturer – EdTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and provide remote instruction in the FI and/or CO areas.

• Convert intricate learning goals into concise, actionable learning modules.

• Enhance lessons with insights from your personal IT background.

• Promote teamwork and self-management within learning cohorts.

• Assist learning groups in navigating conflicts and managing feedback.

• Create focused initiatives for participants requiring extra assistance.

• Collaborate closely with the Student Success Team.

• Develop practical learning resources in partnership with the Product Team.

• Ensure the course adheres to high standards of subject matter and instructional excellence.

• Guide participants through to completion and prepare them for workforce integration.

⛳️ Requirements

• SAP certification in FI (Finance) and/or CO (Controlling).

• Minimum of 2 years of SAP project experience in the applicable field.

• Proficient German language skills at C1 level or above.

• Outstanding communication abilities.

• Capability to teach SAP at the user level and eventually at the consultant level.

• Skill in explaining complex subjects clearly and logically.

• Passion for online teaching, e-learning, and web-based educational programs.

• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.

• Experience with S/4HANA, including implementation and customization, is advantageous.

• Participation in the “Train the Trainer” (PTWTTT) program is a bonus.

• Experience with EWM is an added benefit.
