SAP FI Consultant, Coupa

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Deliver functional support for SAP FI (Financial Accounting) processes.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues related to SAP FI.

• Assist in the integration of SAP FI with SAP MM, SD, CO, and external applications.

• Collect business requirements and suggest effective solutions.

• Configure and maintain SAP FI settings to meet business and compliance requirements.

• Engage in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.

• Prepare and sustain functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.

• Oversee and support financial interfaces between SAP and third-party systems, including Coupa.

• Offer expertise in Coupa Procure-to-Pay, invoice processing, supplier management, and SAP integration.

• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful service delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as an SAP FI Consultant, encompassing application support and incident management.

• Experience in supporting SAP FI integrations with MM, SD, CO, and external applications.

• Practical experience with Coupa, including Procure-to-Pay, invoicing, supplier onboarding, and integration processes (preferred).

• Understanding of SAP-Coupa integration frameworks and financial data flows.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and provide high-quality support in a dynamic environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to work alongside business users and technical teams.

• Experience in complex, multinational settings.

• Proficient in English is essential for communication with clients and project teams across the USA and Canada.
