This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver robust support utilizing various ticketing systems, IRT, and SLA.

• Proactively identify and address issues.

• Articulate technical concepts to stakeholders without a technical background.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with SAP S4/Hana Private Editions and at least 2 years in S/4 Hana Public Editions focusing on Extended Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Management.

• Certification in S/4 Hana Public or Private Edition EWM.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Strong experience in support using various ticketing tools, IRT, and SLA.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven leadership and training capabilities, encouraging growth and knowledge-sharing within teams.

• Proactive in recognizing and resolving issues, equipped with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
