This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Spearhead intricate ERP transformation initiatives that align with RTX business objectives, emphasizing SAP S/4HANA technology and Aftermarket processes.
• Supervise the complete transformation lifecycle, encompassing planning, execution, and optimization of MRO systems and tools.
• Create and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and key deliverable milestones.
• Collaborate on Aftermarket MRO system transformation efforts.
• Design and execute SAP S/4HANA solutions to enhance workflows and optimize MRO operations.
• Assist in the development, deployment, adoption, and effective utilization of MRO tools and systems.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with MRO tool execution and SAP ERP implementations.
• Address issues proactively to avert project delays or interruptions.
• Support change management initiatives and create training materials for end users.
• Manage relationships with SAP S/4HANA vendors and consultants.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and data standards.
• Define and monitor KPIs, providing reports and strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, finance, and supply chain teams.
• Communicate project status, advantages, risks, and strategic implications to VPs and senior leadership.
• Travel is expected to be approximately 30% throughout the project lifecycle.
• Generally requires a University Degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 7 years of experience OR, in the absence of a degree, 14 years of pertinent experience.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale ERP transformation projects with an emphasis on SAP implementation and integration.
• Familiarity with MRO systems, including execution, tool optimization, and alignment with industry best practices.
• Experience in project and task management, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
• U.S. citizenship is necessary.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% during the project lifecycle.
• Previous experience in the Aerospace and Defense sector is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team building, conflict resolution, and performance management are preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills are preferred.
