• Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets in the East region, contributing to overall revenue growth. Engage in lengthy sales cycles, from lead qualification to closing, ensuring the sales process meets customer requirements.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with C-level executives, serving as a trusted advisor to facilitate business transformation through SAP’s ERP solutions in conjunction with Argano’s Transformation Framework.
• Collaborate closely with pre-sales and demonstration teams to present compelling value propositions, ensuring the synchronization of SAP solutions and Argano’s services with client business goals.
• Conduct discovery sessions with prospective clients, navigating intricate business processes and executive priorities, positioning SAP as a strategic catalyst for business transformation.
• Grasp and convey the value of ERP systems, especially SAP, and how they enhance business functions such as finance, operations, customer experience, inventory, and supply chain.
• 4–6 years of demonstrated field sales experience, with a robust history of consistently exceeding sales objectives.
• Proven success with percent-to-goal metrics, club awards, and leaderboard standings.
• Experience overseeing complex sales cycles, from initial qualification to deal closure.
• Previous engagement with C-level stakeholders in past positions.
• Minimum of 2 years in software sales, ideally with experience at a vendor or value-added reseller.
• Familiarity with the East enterprise client landscape is a significant advantage.
