SAP C4C Consultant – Technical, SDK/PDI, Functional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Collect business requirements and convert them into functional designs and technical specifications for SAP C4C.

• Configure various functional areas of SAP C4C, such as business roles, access restrictions, organizational structures, involved parties, workflows, approval processes, surveys, and KPI reporting.

• Create tailored SAP C4C solutions utilizing SAP Cloud Applications Studio (SDK/PDI), including custom business objects, extension fields, embedded components, business-object actions and validations, mass data runs, and web services.

• Construct validations and business logic via ABSL scripting and events.

• Design and facilitate integrations between SAP C4C and SAP S/4HANA using SAP Integration Suite (CPI), covering OData APIs, ID mapping, and employee and customer master replication.

• Diagnose data replication and synchronization challenges and ensure their resolution.

• Assist with data migration by employing templates, data loads, validation, and post-migration reconciliation.

• Compile functional and technical documentation and aid in unit and integration testing.

• Offer comprehensive support from requirements gathering and process design through development, integration, and post-go-live assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of overall SAP experience, including a minimum of 3 years in hands-on SAP C4C SDK development and at least 3 years in hands-on SAP C4C functional consulting.

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP C4C Sales and Service processes.

• Proven experience in collecting requirements directly from business users and converting business needs into precise functional and technical specifications.

• Practical experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI), including ID mapping and master-data replication, alongside OData APIs and SAP C4C integrations with SAP S/4HANA or ERP environments.

• Background in troubleshooting synchronization issues within SAP integrations and collaborating with SAP S/4HANA or ERP, CPI or integration, Basis, and frontend teams to address cross-system challenges and implement end-to-end solutions.

• Familiarity with data migration processes, including data loads, validation, and post-migration reconciliation, complemented by hands-on post-go-live AMS support encompassing troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and corrective measures.

• Experience in unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, cutover activities, and preparing functional and technical documentation.

• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities for requirements gathering, solution documentation, and collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.
