SAP C4C Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Evaluate business needs and convert them into efficient SAP C4C solutions.

• Set up and oversee SAP C4C features, workflows, and business operations.

• Assist with SAP Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud functionalities.

• Facilitate integrations between SAP C4C and other enterprise platforms.

• Work in tandem with technical teams on APIs, middleware, and integration specifications.

• Resolve incidents, service requests, and operational issues.

• Implement enhancements, conduct testing, manage deployments, and oversee releases.

• Engage in UAT activities and aid in resolving defects.

• Create functional documentation and support knowledge transfer initiatives.

• Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in SAP C4C or SAP Customer Experience consulting, particularly with large-scale enterprise SAP projects.

• Practical experience with SAP C4C, including configuration, workflows, and enhancements.

• Hands-on knowledge of SAP Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.

• Strong grasp of CRM and customer engagement processes.

• Proficient in gathering and analyzing business requirements, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders.

• Experience in testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.

• Excellent command of English.

• Preferred: Familiarity with SAP integration technologies and APIs.

• Preferred: Background in retail, FMCG, or other sizable customer-facing organizations.

• Preferred: Experience engaging with international stakeholders.
