SAP Business Operating Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• A central governance and orchestration position within the organization

• Acts as a liaison among Management, Delivery, Finance, HR, and the Business Transformation Office

• Responsible for the development and ongoing enhancement of business operating processes

• Provides support for transformation and growth initiatives

• Implementation of a KPI, forecasting, and reporting system

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Digital Business, or a related field

• Multiple years of experience in Business Operations, PMO, or a similar governance/control role

• Strong understanding of service, delivery, and operating models

• Experience with transformation and scaling projects

• Proficient in written and spoken English
