SAP Basis Administrator – Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Define the technical architecture for SAP IS‑U, encompassing infrastructure sizing and landscape design.

• Develop a performance strategy and promote optimization across SAP, HANA, and their integrated components.

• Architect and validate solutions for high availability and disaster recovery.

• Create and manage SAP security architecture that aligns with compliance and audit requirements.

• Construct and implement monitoring frameworks to ensure proactive detection of issues.

• Oversee operations transition, readiness, and handover processes.

• Provide technical documentation, infrastructure designs, landscape diagrams, performance strategies, HA/DR procedures, security designs, monitoring frameworks, and operations runbooks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.

• Proficient in SAP Technical Architecture within complex utility or enterprise environments.

• Strong expertise in HANA administration and performance tuning.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and capabilities in infrastructure design.

• Experience in designing HA/DR architectures for mission‑critical workloads.

• Demonstrated ability to design monitoring frameworks and lead the readiness of technical operations.
