SAP B1 Junior Consultant – Accounting & Tax Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implementation, configuration, and support of the Accounting and Tax modules within SAP Business One.

• Gathering and analyzing requirements in collaboration with clients.

• Configuring, testing, and validating accounting and tax processes.

• Managing support tickets and offering functional assistance to users.

• Analyzing and resolving discrepancies related to the issuance of tax documents (NF-e, NFS-e, CT-e, MDF-e, and other electronic documents).

• Engaging in tax processes involving ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, DIFAL, withholdings, and various other taxes.

• Assisting in the delivery and validation of statutory filings, including SPED Fiscal, SPED Accounting (ECD), ECF, and additional declarations.

• Providing support for updates to tax legislation, including the Tax Reform.

• Preparing functional documentation, training materials, and collaborating with technical teams for the specification and validation of developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Accounting and Tax processes.

• Skilled in gathering requirements and analyzing them with clients.

• Proficient in configuring, testing, and validating accounting and tax processes.

• Capable of managing support tickets and delivering functional support to users.

• Experience in analyzing and resolving inconsistencies concerning the issuance of tax documents (NF-e, NFS-e, CT-e, MDF-e, and other electronic documents).

• Knowledge of tax processes involving ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, DIFAL, withholdings, and other taxes.

• Experience in supporting the delivery and validation of statutory filings, such as SPED Fiscal, SPED Accounting (ECD), ECF, and other declarations.

• Ability to assist in updates to tax legislation, including the Tax Reform.

• Competence in preparing functional documentation, training, and interfacing with technical teams for the specification and validation of developments.
