This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Analyze, design, and enhance concepts for SAP roles and authorizations.
• Concentrate on SAP HCM and associated topics within the SuccessFactors framework.
• Implement and optimize authorizations in SAP HCM modules, specifically PY, PA, OM, PE, LSO, and PT.
• Contribute to the design and ongoing enhancement of security processes and user management.
• Create, maintain, and conduct quality assurance for roles and authorizations in both the backend and Fiori environments.
• Confidently utilize PFCG, SUIM, SU01, and perform analysis at the table level within the SAP authorization domain.
• Conduct tests and evaluations, and assist with error analysis and resolution.
• Prepare functional specifications, solution documentation, and feasibility studies.
• Provide project support while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
• Participate as a member of an agile team.
• Several years of experience in the area of SAP roles and authorizations.
• Extensive knowledge of the SAP HCM domain, particularly in the PY, PA, OM, PE, LSO, and PT modules.
• Strong experience with both classic and structural authorizations in the HCM setting.
• Proficient in the use of PFCG, SUIM, SU01, and common SAP tables for analysis.
• Experience in designing and implementing role and authorization concepts.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori, Fiori Launchpad, and the Fiori Library.
• Background in audits, critical authorizations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in quality assurance regarding roles and authorizations for various employee types and functions.
• Background in first-, second-, and third-level support within the SAP authorization area.
• Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Solution-oriented and structured working approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a demanding project landscape.
• Fluency in German is required.
• A clean police clearance certificate (certificate of good conduct) is necessary.
• Flexible working arrangement with approximately 95% remote work.
• 2 days per month on-site at the client location in Nuremberg.
