SAP Ariba, Guided Sourcing, Icertis Experience Mandatory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Lead functional delivery and assist in the implementation of SAP Ariba Sourcing, which encompasses event creation, RFx, auctions, scoring, and award scenarios.

• Set up Ariba Contracts by configuring clause libraries, templates, approval workflows, and contract drafting processes.

• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops with business stakeholders.

• Convert sourcing and contracting business processes into standardized Ariba functionalities, aiming to minimize the need for customizations.

• Aid in integration touchpoints with SAP S/4HANA or ECC (as applicable), working closely with technical teams.

• Support data migration efforts, validate master data, and standardize sourcing templates.

• Create and implement SIT and UAT test scenarios that correspond with sourcing and contracting workflows.

• Assist with cutover, hypercare, and stabilization activities following the go-live phase.

• Address functional issues and facilitate resolutions in collaboration with SAP and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing.

• Proficiency in Ariba Contracts, including authoring, approval processes, and clause management.

• Strong grasp of strategic sourcing and procurement processes, along with CIG integration.

• Experience in conducting business workshops and engaging with stakeholders.

• Knowledge of SAP Ariba architecture and its cloud deployment model.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or ECC procurement integration is preferred.

• Understanding of sourcing analytics, scoring models, and award optimization techniques.
