SAP Ariba Consultant – Guided Sourcing, Icertis Experience Mandatory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Lead the functional delivery and support of SAP Ariba Sourcing implementations, which include event creation, RFx, auctions, scoring, and award scenarios.

• Configure Ariba Contracts, focusing on clause libraries, templates, approval workflows, and the processes for contract authoring.

• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops with business stakeholders.

• Convert sourcing and contracting business processes into standard Ariba functionalities, aiming to reduce the need for customizations.

• Assist with integration points alongside SAP S/4HANA or ECC (as applicable), working closely with technical teams.

• Collaborate with Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) and associated downstream modules where sourcing dependencies are present.

• Aid in data migration efforts, validate master data, and standardize sourcing templates.

• Create and implement System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios that align with sourcing and contracting processes.

• Provide support during cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization phases.

• Diagnose functional issues and work towards resolution in partnership with SAP and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing.

• Proficiency in Ariba Contracts, including authoring, approvals, and clause management.

• Strong understanding of strategic sourcing and procurement processes, along with CIG integration.

• Experience in leading business workshops and discussions with stakeholders.

• Knowledge of SAP Ariba architecture and the cloud deployment model.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or ECC procurement integration is preferred.

• Comprehension of sourcing analytics, scoring models, and award optimization techniques.
