SAP Application Security Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage User Access Management for S/4HANA security roles, which includes Fiori authorizations.

• Design and architect SAP GRC Security Components while overseeing the analysis, design, and testing of SAP GRC Access Control.

• Supervise Segregation of Duties risk assessments and the implementation of remediation measures.

• Oversee user provisioning and role design, ensuring compliance with federal audit standards.

• Administer regular User Access Reviews and certification of user entitlements.

• Assist with internal and external audit requests concerning user access controls.

• Track and report on security posture, SoD violations, and high-risk access points.

• Collaborate with functional leads to ensure secure integration across B2R, P2P, and O2C modules.

• Manage, mentor, and train junior security professionals.

• Ensure compliance with the complete security lifecycle delivery methodology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive expertise in SAP Security Management, S/4HANA security, SAP GRC 12.0+, and Fiori Catalog/Group design.

• Demonstrated leadership in managing security workstreams during large-scale ERP transformations.

• In-depth understanding of SoD frameworks, Global Rule Sets, and the design of mitigating controls.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with Workstream Leads, Auditors, and CISOs.

• Experience in project planning, resource management, and maintaining security risk logs.

• Capability to align security strategy with business objectives and enhance the Fiori user experience.

• Background in mentoring junior team members in federal security compliance, including NIST/FISMA.

• Experience in integrating IAM with federal SSO or PIV/CAC authentication.

• U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust government clearance.

• U.S. work authorization without the need for current or future visa sponsorship is required.
