SAP AMS Functional Service Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary operational liaison for SAP AMS Functional delivery topics, challenges, and inquiries.

• Serve as the main escalation contact for tickets, quality of delivery, governance, and operational risks.

• Empower the delivery team to produce high-quality outputs that align with SAP AMS process standards.

• Ensure that target service levels (SLAs/KPIs) are consistently achieved.

• Guarantee that contractual obligations are met.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong functional expertise in FI, CO, SD, MM, PM, TM, and PP.

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in SAP AMS service management.

• A minimum of 5 years of successful experience as an SAP consultant in modules such as Logistics (SD, PP, MM, EWM, etc.), FI-CO, and SuccessFactors.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

• Capable of overseeing SAP AMS processes, SLAs/KPIs, quality of delivery, governance, operational risks, and fulfillment of contractual commitments.
