This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Design, develop, and execute SAP ABAP programs and enhancements within the plant maintenance and depot sectors.
• Collaborate with functional Business System Experts to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
• Partner with the technical team and business stakeholders to support Plant Maintenance and Aftermarket processes.
• Create and maintain SAP Fiori applications for the Plant Maintenance domain, ensuring integration with backend systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while providing technical support.
• Enhance existing ABAP code and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and performance standards.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and other technical initiatives.
• Document technical designs, processes, and solutions in line with RTX standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• At least 8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance and a thorough understanding of its functionality and industry processes.
• Experience in SAP Fiori development, including UI5 and OData services.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with SAP modules relevant to Plant Maintenance, such as PM, MM, and QM.
• Preferred experience working in a Best Cost Location environment.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
