SAP AATP Lead Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Assess current SAP APO gATP workflows and establish target solutions within SAP S/4HANA AATP.

• Create solutions for availability checks, order confirmations, and associated order-to-cash processes.

• Formulate concepts for Product Allocation (PAL), Alternative-Based Confirmation (ABC), Backorder Processing (BOP), and Advanced Scheduling.

• Design scenarios for product and plant substitutions as well as advanced intercompany transactions.

• Specify integration needs between AATP, SAP SD, and supply chain planning processes.

• Articulate functional requirements for enhancements, which include BAdIs and ABAP-based extensions.

• Investigate complex ATP and order confirmation challenges and suggest suitable solutions.

• Generate and uphold functional designs, architecture documentation, and solution concepts.

• Assist in the migration from SAP APO gATP to SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available-to-Promise (AATP).

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA AATP and SAP APO gATP.

• Experience in migrating or transforming from APO gATP to S/4HANA AATP.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP SD / Order-to-Cash processes.

• Experience with Product Allocation, Alternative-Based Confirmation (ABC), Backorder Processing (BOP), Advanced Scheduling, and availability checks.

• Solid understanding of supply chain planning and advanced intercompany processes.

• Proven experience in designing SAP solutions and converting business needs into functional concepts.

• Familiarity with SAP enhancement technologies, including BAdIs and ABAP-based improvements.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Knowledge of OMP planning solutions is a plus.

• Proficiency in English.
