Sample Management Specialist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the receipt, management, and allocation of study samples and reference materials.

• Oversee all shipping and receiving duties related to samples, including destruction and transfer as instructed by the client.

• Supply samples and other materials to laboratory personnel for analysis upon request.

• Maintain an inventory of supplies used for sample management and reorder when necessary.

• Aid in the upkeep, operation, and support of sample storage equipment along with the associated monitoring system.

• Archive documentation related to the management of study samples.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

• Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and the ability to utilize sample-tracking software).

• English proficiency: Required bilingualism entails understanding simple messages and following basic instructions.
