Sample Collector / Phlebotomist – Ad Hoc

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Attend scheduled appointments at various locations typically within a 2-hour travel distance from your residence.

• Deliver a professional service for hair, nail, blood, and DNA sample collection.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and donors.

• Execute the company's Quality Management System requirements and assist in upholding ISO17025 accreditation.

• Ensure all collections are performed safely in accordance with established operating procedures.

• Provide statements to support legal matters at the time of sample collection.

• Complete all mandatory training as required by the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess professional qualifications as a Phlebotomist.

• Recent experience with various venepuncture techniques, primarily using vacutainer and butterfly methods.

• Valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle with appropriate business insurance.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in Phlebotomy.

• Subject to regular enhanced DBS checks.

• Desirable: Experience working within the NHS or Blood Service.
