This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.
• Customer Service & Sales Representatives address customer inquiries by discovering creative solutions to various questions, issues, and concerns.
• Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions or issues.
• Effectively manage and de-escalate potential issues with a calm approach.
• Elevate interactions when it is necessary and appropriate to do so.
• Respond to requests for assistance and/or facilitate payment processing as needed.
• Log all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Provide insights on call-related issues.
• Achieve sales targets as outlined.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
• Proficient with desktop computer systems and possess general knowledge of Windows-based platforms.
• Experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred.
• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
