Salesforce Test Lead – Contract, Current BPSS Clearance Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Establish, uphold, and communicate the comprehensive testing strategy, plans, scope, and priorities.

• Oversee hands-on manual testing across Salesforce functionalities, integrations, and complete business processes.

• Evaluate requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to pinpoint gaps and ensure adequate test coverage.

• Organize functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities.

• Manage test environments, test data, dependencies, schedules, and delivery risks.

• Take ownership of defect logging, triage, prioritization, retesting, and resolution.

• Deliver clear reports on test progress, quality, risks, and readiness for release.

• Collaborate effectively with delivery teams, business users, and senior stakeholders.

• Maintain appropriate test evidence, traceability, and documentation for test closure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Test Lead on intricate digital or enterprise programs.

• Extensive hands-on manual testing experience, including test analysis, design, and execution.

• Proven experience in testing Salesforce solutions.

• Solid understanding of functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.

• Experience in creating test strategies, plans, estimates, and risk-based testing methodologies.

• Confident management of the complete defect lifecycle and test reporting.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team coordination abilities.

• Active BPSS clearance is mandatory.
