Salesforce Techno-Functional Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Configure Salesforce solutions utilizing declarative platform features, including Flows, Validation Rules, Dynamic Forms, Lightning App Builder, Security, Approval Processes, and Object Model configuration.

• Create custom functionalities as needed using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs, adhering to a low-code, configuration-first strategy.

• Establish and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, middleware, marketing solutions, and external applications.

• Work closely with consultants and architects to convert functional requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions while assisting with testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.

• Enhance solution quality through technical documentation, code reviews, best practices, reusable components, and ongoing platform enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Salesforce configuration with the capacity to develop as needed.

• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST APIs, and integration efforts.

• Knowledge of Salesforce products and the surrounding ecosystem.

• Familiarity with Data Cloud, Agentforce, AI capabilities, or integration platforms is advantageous.

• Background in consulting environments and Agile delivery teams.
