Salesforce Techno-Functional Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Configure Salesforce solutions utilizing declarative platform features, including Flows, Validation Rules, Dynamic Forms, Lightning App Builder, Security, Approval Processes, and Object Model setup.

• Create custom functionalities when necessary using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs, while adhering to a low-code, configuration-first methodology.

• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems like ERP platforms, middleware, marketing tools, and external applications.

• Work closely with consultants and architects to convert functional requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions while assisting in testing, troubleshooting, and deployment processes.

• Enhance solution quality through technical documentation, code reviews, adherence to best practices, reusable components, and ongoing platform enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, with the capability to develop as needed.

• Proficient in Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST APIs, and integrations.

• Solid understanding of Salesforce products and the ecosystem.

• Familiarity with Data Cloud, Agentforce, AI capabilities, or integration platforms is advantageous.

• Experience in consulting environments and Agile delivery teams.
