Salesforce Technical Consultant – Independent Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and configure solutions on Salesforce as instructed by Solution Architects, utilizing primarily declarative tools of the Salesforce platform such as flows, page layouts, validation rules, approval processes, and more.

• Conduct data migration, which includes data mapping, transformation, and data import (Utilizing DataImporter).

• Implement configuration changes from the sandbox environment to production (Using Gearset and/or Change Sets).

• Enhance and contribute to test scripts in accordance with solution design and build.

• Engage in post-deployment support to facilitate product adoption and ensure customer success in the early stages.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a Salesforce-related position (e.g., Admin, Support Analyst, Junior Consultant).

• Excellent communication skills in English; capable of conversing confidently with both internal teams and customers.

• Proficient in Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Record Types, and permission sets.

• Experience in deploying configuration changes between environments using Change Sets (or Gearset).

• Familiarity with data migrations, including mapping and importing into Salesforce.
