Salesforce Technical Consultant, Independent Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop and configure Salesforce solutions as instructed by Solution Architects utilizing declarative tools.

• Execute data migrations, including mapping, transformations, and imports.

• Implement changes from sandbox environments to production.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Implementation Consultants.

• Provide clear updates on progress or obstacles during standups or asynchronous communications.

• Assist in creating and refining test scripts.

• Aid during the sprint and UAT testing phases.

• Offer post-deployment support to guarantee customer success.

• Diagnose issues in partnership with Product teams.

• Act as the final escalation point for intricate technical challenges.

• Work with cross-functional teams to triage incoming issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Salesforce roles (Admin, Junior Consultant, Analyst).

• Proficient in English.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.

• Experience with Change Sets or Gearset for deployments.

• Familiarity with data migration and import procedures.

• Experience with Salesforce-native applications or AppExchange solutions (Precursive preferred).

• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification preferred (sponsorship available).
