Salesforce Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and spearhead comprehensive Salesforce architecture within multi-organization enterprise settings.

• Create scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that meet federal standards and mission objectives.

• Develop and manage enterprise integration architectures, including strategies for APIs and middleware.

• Provide technical guidance across Salesforce development initiatives, encompassing Apex, Lightning, and platform functionalities.

• Direct the implementation of CI/CD pipelines utilizing Git, DevSecOps methodologies, and automated deployment processes.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate cloud modernization and extensive SaaS transformations.

• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory requirements in federal contexts.

• Assess and recommend tools, frameworks, and best practices to enhance system performance and scalability.

• Assist in technical decision-making and offer mentorship to development and engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over ten (10+) years of experience in solution or technical architecture.

• More than seven (7+) years of experience in Salesforce architecture.

• A bachelor's degree in a related field is highly preferred; a high school diploma is mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience in multi-organization Salesforce environments.

• Strong expertise in enterprise integration architecture, including APIs and middleware solutions.

• Practical knowledge of Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce platform development.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and DevSecOps practices.

• Background in supporting cloud modernization efforts and large-scale SaaS environments.
