Salesforce Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a customer-facing technical architect within the Service Cloud technical team.

• Engage with business users to understand reporting requirements and design dashboards and reports accordingly.

• Analyze business reporting needs and convert them into technical specifications for reporting and dashboard creation.

• Provide guidance to business users and technical team members on optimal methods for report and dashboard creation.

• Create dataflows and lenses in Salesforce Einstein Analytics to meet business objectives.

• Set forth best practices and standards for the development and deployment of dataflows, lenses, and dashboards.

• Define operational and refresh standards in line with a globally coordinated data strategy.

• Work in collaboration with the larger technical team, clients, and the AI team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform, particularly in a technical application capacity.

• Experience with end-to-end project implementation, including integrations with other applications like SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics.

• Strong knowledge of multi-tenant architecture and integration architecture.

• Comprehensive understanding of CI/CD solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of PaaS & IaaS platforms, including Heroku, AWS, and Azure.

• Practical development experience using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.

• Possession of Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application and System Architect).

• Full proficiency in English.
