Lead Salesforce Platform Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical design, development, and code evaluation for Salesforce solutions.

• Create and implement Agentforce AI agents, including prompts, grounding, RAG, and bespoke agent actions.

• Architect and provide Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, covering ingestion, modeling, and activation.

• Construct solutions utilizing Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.

• Take ownership of the entire SDLC: design, build, test, deploy, and offer production support.

• Guide developers and uphold Salesforce best practices, security measures, and performance benchmarks.

• Work in collaboration with global teams and consultants on significant digital transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and the Salesforce core platform.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing Agentforce in real-world business scenarios.

• Practical knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud within enterprise settings.

• Background as a Tech Lead with responsibilities for design ownership, code assessments, and team direction.

• Proficient in Agile delivery methodologies.

• Mandatory: Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist.

• Mandatory: Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant.

• Mandatory: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.

• Preferred: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.

• Preferred: JavaScript Developer I.

• Experience with integrations using REST APIs and MuleSoft.

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Salesforce DX.

• Understanding of cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

• Proficient in oral English and advanced Spanish.
