Salesforce Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and adhere to Salesforce best practices;

• Facilitate client discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and technical discussions;

• Generate and update architecture documentation, encompassing solution designs, data models, integration designs, security frameworks, and process flows;

• Offer technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from initial discovery to deployment and ongoing production support;

• Guide developers and consultants, set development standards, and engage in design and code reviews;

• Design and manage integrations utilizing REST APIs, Platform Events, event-driven architectures, middleware solutions, and enterprise integration patterns;

• Assist with estimation, implementation planning, sprint activities, deployment planning, and the resolution of technical issues;

• Maintain hands-on involvement with Salesforce declarative and programmatic development when necessary, including Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and automation tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Salesforce implementation;

• A minimum of 3 years in a role as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Architect;

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, integrations, security, data modeling, and application design;

• Practical experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, SOQL, REST APIs, and CI/CD methodologies;

• Demonstrated capability to lead enterprise Salesforce implementations from discovery to go-live;

• Excellent communication, client-facing, and consulting skills.

• Additional advantages include:

• Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certifications;

• Familiarity with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms;

• Experience in consulting or professional services settings;

• Exposure to various Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, Financial Services Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and OmniStudio.

• Language proficiency in English: Proficient.
